매킨토시에서 놀라는 일이 한두 가지가 아니지만 Path Finder라는 파일 매니저(Finder 대체 프로그램)는 여기 메모를 남기지 않을 수 없다.
Path Finder는 아예 폴더마다 터미널이 붙어 있다. 그냥 서랍장(Drawer)을 열면 해당 폴더에 명령행이 열린다. 명령을 써넣고 파일은 끌어다놓을 수 있다. 게다가 필요하면 해당 폴더에서 별도의 터미널을 열 수도 있음. 그밖에도 편리한 기능이 무척 많지만 TeX 작업에 관련해서는 이것이 내게 너무나 편리하다.

Debian의 dvipdfmx 버전은 20040411라서 texmf-KTUG와 사용하려고 하면 'Could not find encoding <xxx>'라는 에러메세지를 내며 종료합니다. texmf-KTUG는 dvipdfmx cvs 버젼과 동작하도록 구성되있기 때문입니다. dvipdfmx cvs버젼을 사용하면 해결할 수 있습니다.
